The PRGRS Program gives you access to 4 paths to meet you exactly where you are and guides you forward towards RX/Elite level...Here is how to choose what path to display on your timeline:

From your phone:

  1. Login to WodUp.

  2. Scroll to the very bottom of your feed

  3. On the bottom left click on 'choose which programs are on your timeline'

  4. Select what you want to see on your timeline
